A self-proclaimed “prophet” in South Africa is on the run after sexually assaulting a woman that he promised to help find a job by praying with her on Tuesday 28th May.
The “prophet” met the 27-year-old woman and told her that in order to help find her a job he needed to cut hair from her bodily and mix traditional medicines with bodily fluids. He convinced her that he needed to get access to her bodily fluids and raped the woman before fleeing on foot.
Other similar cases have been reported in the surrounding areas of Tembisa. around 20 miles from Johannesburg.
