A first-degree murder suspect accidentally released from a Nashville jail due to a clerical error was back in custody on Wednesday 4th September.
Local and state authorities had been looking for 26-year-old Roberto Josue Viera-Aybar, who was mistakenly released on Friday 30th August, a Davidson County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman said.
Viera-Aybar had been jailed on a $500,000 bond on a first-degree murder charge stemming from the 2017 killing of a friend.
